Project Description

An apartment complex located in Denver offering 49 housing units to support individuals who are transitioning from homelessness. The property is equipped with community spaces, shared laundry facilities, supportive services meeting rooms, and a garden. Residents will have access to mental health and substance abuse services provided by the Mental Health Center of Denver. In addition, staff will aid residents with learning or relearning activities of daily living e.g. cooking, cleaning an apartment, washing clothes etc.
