Project Description

Accent partnered with Mortenson Construction on this 234,000-square-foot, eight-story, 200-unit apartment building. Amenities include two levels of parking in an access controlled garage, a rooftop deck with city or mountain views, a club room with amenity deck including a spa, an indoor/outdoor fitness center that includes a studio space for barre, yoga, etc, a business center with conference rooms or individual work stations, and eight shared electrical vehicles charging stations.
