All of us at Accent Electrical Services couldn’t be more excited about the Construction Careers Now program that AGC (Associated General Contractors of Colorado), Colorado Contractors Association (CCA) and Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC) has launched in Colorado.
In conjunction with Emily Griffith Technical College, they have created a four week program that gives participants a basic introduction to several skills they will need in different trades within the construction industry including OSHA 10 training! They also hold a hiring fair for perspective employers to meet these students and potentially hire them. They aren’t just preparing them for a job, they are preparing them for a life-long career – all at NO COST to the participants.
